Orders are typically processed within two business days. However, due to covid-19, there are delays so please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier (we typically ship via USPS). You can track your order by logging into your account or by checking the link provided in the shipping notification email.
Curl Origin is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail due to incorrect address. We ship all packages to the address provided by the customer so we will take no responsibility if you have entered the incorrect address. Please make sure you're entering the correct shipping address before you place your order.
Packages that are returned to us because of incorrect shipping address, will not be re-shipped unless the customer pays for shipping. If you desire a refund instead, we will refund you minus the shipping fees.
We ship via USPS. If your package is lost or rerouted, please contact the USPS first with the tracking number we provide to you at the time your order is shipped. They would be better able to serve you in tracking your package as we only have the same information that is available to you. If you're having any issues with USPS please contact our customer care department for further assistance.
Please provide a secure delivery address for your packages. It is wise to have items shipped to a trusted neighbor, friend or relative's address if you feel that your packages will not be safe if left at your door.
If for some reason items are damaged in the mail, please contact us immediately. Please provide pictures of the damaged items with your email. within 10 business days of receipt for exchange. We will replace damaged items at no extra cost to you.
We ship to most countries. The customer is responsible for all fees and tariffs incurred during shipping. If your package is seized by customs, Curl Origin is not responsible and no refund will be provided. Please research your country's shipping rules before purchasing from us.
Domestic shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package. Shipping above $100 is free on USA orders.
Currently there is a flat rate fee of $60 for international shipping. All fees are calculated by weight and any excess fees are refunded to you the customer. In the case that shipping amounts to over $60, you will receive an invoice for the additional funds.
Back Ordered Items
On a rare occasion, products can go out of stock after the purchase is made. When this happens. we will ship your order, minus the out-of-stock items. We will indicate this on your packing slip. Once the item is back in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
If you receive your order and any item is missing, please contact email@example.com. Someone will assist you ASAP.
Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returns. Once an order ships from our warehouse, there will be no returns. All sales are final.
Purchases made through retailers.
Please contact the retailer for their return policies.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel your order, email us within 24 hours of purchase. Your order will be cancelled providing it is not shipped and is still in the "awaiting fulfillment" status. We regret that we are unable to cancel orders that are in "packing" status.
For more clarification, orders that are in "packing" status are already in the warehouse. In order to cancel such an order, someone would have to search through thousands of packages to find it. So, no, you can't cancel at this stage.
Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel an order that is in "awaiting fulfillment" status. Unfortunately orders can't be changed once placed so please review all orders before purchasing.
There will no refunds on purchases. All sales are final. If your order was received damaged, we'll replace any item badly damaged during shipping so please contact us if this is the case. Please provide a picture with the email. Products that are mildly damaged, like dented won't be replaced.
