WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Curl Origin products have a shelp life of 12-24 months.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

As a cruelty-free brand, Curl Origin does not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

Please contact Customer Service at myorder@curlorigin.com to cancel an order.

Orders cannot be changed once it's placed. You. may need to cancel your order and place another.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us at myorder@curlorigin.com immediately. Please provide us with pictures of the damage package and products.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Once you have logged in, you will be brought to your account page. You can then click the “redeem now” button to see the different prize options available. 

You will also have the ability to apply points directly to your order at checkout.

Points cannot be combined with any other promo codes.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returns.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

No, only one discount code can be used. Codes cannot be combined.

Shipping

WHERE DOES CURL ORIGIN SHIP TO?

We ship anywhere within the USA. We currently do not ship internationally.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, it can take between 1-6 business days, depending on your location.
