Our warehouse team and facility are taking the necessary steps to maintain a safe workplace and to preserve the health of our team. What are your delivery times?
Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times can take longer during sales and promotions and during the holiday season.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of package. Currently shipping is free within the USA on order of $100 and over.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently International shipping is temporarily suspended due to delivery issue during the covid-19 pandemic.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.
Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from our warehouse in New York.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Contact email@example.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.
My order never arrived, what do I do

What if my item is damaged upon receipt?
Please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be prepared to provide photographic evidence of the damage you experienced, and we’ll take it from there!
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com within 24 hours to cancel an order that hasn't shipped. We regret that we are unable to cancel an order after 24 hrs.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you've received an incorrect product/products or if products are missing from your order.
How do I know when my order ships?
After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details.
A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.
How do I change my order?
We regret that we are unable to change an order once it has been placed. We cannot substitute products, add coupon codes or add products to your order.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returns.
How do I care for my product?
Please store products in a cool dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Please do not place products near a heat source.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Curl Origin products have a shelf life of 12-24 months.
Do you test on animals?
As a cruelty-free brand, Curl Origin does not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products.
Where are Curl Origin products made?
Our products are proudly made in the USA.
I had an allergic reaction to the products. What do I do?
Please discontinue use and consult your physician or medical care provider immediately. From there please let us know what product you used and the reaction you had. Contact us at: email@example.com. We always recommend performing a spot test prior to use if you feel you may have a heightened level of sensitivity.
Are Curl Origin products Vegan?
We are not a vegan company. Some of our products contain honey which is an animal by-product.
Can I use Curl Origin products on children?
Our formulas were not designed for children, so we recommend products be used only by children 10 and up.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You an also pay via Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.
