Thank you for shopping at Curl Origin. Below, you will find our shipping and returns policies. 


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1- 3 business days. Orders can experience longer shipping times during sales and holidays season. 

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier (we typically ship via UPS or USPS). You can track your order by logging into your account or by checking the link provided in the shipping notification email.


Lost Shipments

Curl Origin is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail due to an incorrect address. We ship all packages to the address provided by the customer so we will take no responsibility if you have entered the incorrect address. Please make sure you're entering the correct shipping address before you place your order. 

Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, will not be re-shipped unless the customer pays for shipping. If you desire a refund instead, we will refund you minus the shipping fees.


We ship via USPS and UPS. If your package is lost or rerouted, please contact the shipping carrier first with the tracking number we provide to you at the time your order is shipped. They would be better able to serve you in tracking your package as we only have the same information that is available to you. If you're having any issues, please contact our customer care department for further assistance.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. Please have the tracking information on hand when calling.

We will assist you in the process but please note that dealing directly with the shipping carrier is a better option as we only have the same information available to you. If they are unable to track your package, please contact us within 4 business days of the delivery date for assistance. There is a time limit on tracking of packages. 

If your package is lost in transit, please DO NOT FILE A CLAIM before contacting us. We will handle that part and either reship or refund you.  If you file a claim with UPS or USPS, regrettably, we're unable to be of any help as the claim is already filed.  

Please make sure that you have a safe place for your packages to be delivered to. You can have it delivered to a friend or relative's house who may be at home. We are not responsible if someone steals a package that was delivered to your door.

If your package was marked as delivered, we're unable to reship or refund you for it. Please contact your shipping carrier and see if it's possible to file a claim with them.

If for some reason items are damaged in the mail, please contact us immediately. Please provide pictures of the damaged items with your email within 3 business days of receipt.  We will replace damaged items at no extra cost to you.


International Orders.


We ship to most countries. The customer is responsible for all fees and tariffs incurred during shipping. If your package is seized by customs, curl origin is not responsible and no refund will be provided. Please research your country's shipping rules before purchasing from us. 


Shipping Rates

Domestic shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package.  Shipping above $100 is free on USA orders. 


Currently there is a flat rate fee of $60 for international shipping. All fees are calculated by weight and any excess fees are refunded to you the customer. In the case that shipping amounts to over $60, you will receive an invoice for the additional funds. 


Back Ordered Items

On a rare occasion, products can go out of stock after the purchase is made. When this happens, we will ship your order minus the out-of-stock items. We will indicate this on your packing slip.  Once the item is back in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. 


Missing Items

If you receive your order and any item is missing, please contact Someone will assist you ASAP. 


Cancellations and changes 

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase. Your order will be cancelled providing it is not shipped. We regret that we are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours has passed.

Changing An Order

Unfortunately, orders can't be changed once placed so please review all orders before purchasing.  We're unable to substitute products, add or subtract products or apply discount codes to orders once they are placed.
